OurCampus consists out of 1,022 self-contained rental apartments and approximately 5,000 m² of commercial space. OurCampus caters not only for the daily needs of students but also in the needs of the residents and office users in and around the Campus area.
OurCampus owns Campus Offices; this office building counts for about 4,000 m² of office space and hosts a dozen companies, including Regus. Our residents and companies can start a business here or rent (temporary) office space. Adjacent to OurCampus is Bergwijk Business park, a busy office park where leading companies are located, like Randstad, International Card Services (Visa), Carlson Wagonlit and Manpower.
Train- and metro station Diemen Zuid is located adjacent to OurCampus. This station is used by 10,000-15,000 travelers on a daily basis. It is a hop, skip and a jump away from InHolland University with over 5,000 students.
Furthermore, over an additional 1,000 students live at alternative locations at walking distance from OurCampus Amsterdam Diemen. Located directly next to OurCampus, the new neighbourhood Holland Park is realised; approximately 6,000 people will live here. As from 2021, Holland Park West will be developed adjoining OurCampus; this area will feature 750 houses in a park-like setting.
OurDomain Amsterdam Diemen adjoins OurCampus. This “21st century urban living concept” features 696 rental studios and apartments for young professionals. Here lives an international community of over 1,000 highly educated residents. The management of OurCampus is combined with OurDomain.www.thisisourdomain.nl
