The start of a new year can sometimes be a tricky time… you have all these plans that you want to make but somehow not enough motivation or time to do them. We know the struggle is real but it doesn’t have to be!
Set yourself up for success by focusing on goals that are at least somewhat attainable, or goals that you’ll enjoy working towards. There will be days when you don’t feel like you’re making progress.
